1. Consultation & Project Site Visit
In order to begin working on a private or commercial project, we first like to understand the scope of work, purpose, taste and inspiration of project, regardless of its size or budget. Our goal is to give each project its unique identity that coexists with our client’s desired outcome. This is why it is imperative at this stage to visit the client’s project site to assess and study the time line and understanding the visual aspect for aesthetics and to be able to correctly advice client on best options.
As we offer variety of fashion brands, luxury brands, and mid segment brands, we will analyse and pick product portfolio of brands that best serve the client’s requirements. and lifestyle designs as concepts for furnishings fully customisable or available furniture and interior decor that portrays the client’s own personality and taste. While guiding the client and offering options that sit in perfect harmony with the overall theme and colours used in portraying a story built together with the client. The period of decor and furnishings may including designs that are contemporary, modern, classical, neo-classical or a blend. The scope of our services range from complete project design to interior decor and furnishings, including soft furnishings with full accessories, bathroom furniture, office furniture, outdoor furniture, different materials and tiles, wallpapers, wardrobes and much more.
2. Project Presentation & Selections
Based on our initial consultation, Renaissance’s Design Studio creates a custom-made proposal for the project, incorporating the mandates given. The proposal includes mood boards showing the suggested materials, finishes, and colour themes of furniture and interior design. It further unveils layout options in lifestyle and inspirational settings with individual products or designs proposed for each area. We then ask for feedback from client during presentation and keep exploring options with our client until the customer is fully satisfied with the desired look and functionality of the project.
3. Final Outcome
Once the project selection is complete, Renaissance’s Design Studio gets into action to execute the project. In some cases, we offer rendering and a virtual 3D walk through experience for clients to be able to visualise their new home or office space. All furnishings and accessories are imported after the client signs acceptance of the final offer made by Renaissance Decor Ltd.
